Personal information

If you need to modify your personal information, you can enter the 'Profile' through the dropdown option under your username, and click "Personal information" to change your personal details.

Account password

You can manage your email, phone number, and password information under the "Account Password" page. Users on the Chinese site with "China Mainland" as their region can set up their phone number for quick login.

On the Chinese site, according to the normal security requirements of the country/region, we supports users to set up two-factor authentication for login, in order to ensure the security of users' accounts. If this is enabled, users need to go through a two-factor verification when logging in.

Billing group

The DCS Cloud is a cloud-based service platform that cooperates with cloud providers such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc., to provide services to you by using the cloud resources they offer. The utilization of such cloud resources will incur costs. In addition, if you use paid tools, processes, etc., on the platform, you will need to pay additional fees to the platform or the creators.
